Because Squiggy's love of puns is just that horrible - I bring to you a dual-language adorable horror!

HAHAHAHAHA!
... all kidding aside, this is one freakily adorable lunch, and it was rediculously easy to put together. See how after the jump!
I started by making my usual onigiri - white rice in the traditional rounded triangle shape. I stuffed them with last night's leftovers, cut their cheeks out of bologna, and their eyes and mouths out of nori (the stuff everyone thinks is sushi seaweed).
The letters (uh, and number and symbols?) were suprisingly easy to cut from rectangles of cheddar, though I had a bit of trouble with the 1 and O, respectively. The O broke - T_T - but that's acceptable since nobody would notice (I mashed it back together. Seamless!)
The bonus garnishes took all of 5 mins! I simply cut a wheel of grapefruit and flanked it with half an orange wheel on each side. Then it was just a matter of slicing a few Vs into a stick of celery and arranging the results points in. Well, those touching the grapefruit wheel had their points cut off, but yeah.
See, you don't have to know a zillion fancy cuts to make cute garnishes. Just be creative!
Best Dishes to you,
~Lollidorable, your Cute Lunch Lady
