^_^*  I figured I'd start the "Lollidorable Returns to the Bento Blogopshere" Party with what I was supposed to have posted a month ago...

So here's my 2011 Halloween Special Bento - zombies! Nothing says "Halloween" like hordes of shambling undead and tasty treats, so I got all Mad-Scienist on my kitchen and combined both - with a dash of cute tossed in for good measure - into a "so-gory-it's-cute" edible monstrosity.  o_0

Sooo....

Long time, no post, eh?

My hiatus has lasted a full year... but I am now officially refreshed and ready to pursue posts... post-haste! I will have a full barrage of cute lunches posted here shortly, as I have been busy even in absence from the interwebs...

Moogle Love!

MOOGLES!!! Arguably the cutest things to come from the Final Fantasy video games.

Frankly, I'm suprised it took me this long to make a moogle bento.  I love those guys!  My dream house even has a moogle hut in the backyard.

Something's Fishy....

This is what happens when I run out of fruit and vegetables before I have time to do the shopping... brown lunches.

Reguradless, this still fits the cute bill - and has a touch of humor to boot!  Squiggy was proud.
The plate, in case you can't manage to read it under all that food - says, "Pub Grub" across the top, and "Fish and Chips" round the bottom.

D'Awwww!

Those of you who see my Husband (and maybe me!) every workday will appreciate the humor in today's bento...  Lookit!  It's us!  That's me, on the right, and Squiggy on the left!  Aren't we just delectable?

Someone dared me to try to make a likeness of him in a lunch - and I just couldn't leave him all on his lonesome.  What kind of wife would I be?

No self-respecting geek can deny the power nor portability of tetris.  I figured it was suitable for a powerul, portable lunch!  Nom!

Monkeyin' Around

Todays lunch is a dessert bento - Monkey Bento!

Our monkey friend is rice tinted with apple butter, and his stomach is full up with bananas!  Mmmmm.

The "decoration" he's tossed about?  It is delicious chocolate pudding.  At least, I think that's what it is.
